NOWSHERA: A man allegedly suffocated to death his two minor sons over a family feud in Nowshera Kalan here on Tuesday morning.

Police said Kamran Rasool killed his two sons by pressing their throats. The victims were named Wahaz Khan, 3, and Muaiz Khan, 5. The officials said Rasool took life of his sons after he failed to make her wife, Nosheen Akbar, to come back to her house.

Police said that the accused hailed from Sikander Town of Peshawar and her wife had been living with her parents in Nowshera Kalan for the last six months.

Police said the accused had come to the house of her wife’s parents, where he took life of his children after failing to make her wife to come to her house.

The police said the accused also attacked his wife, but she managed to escape. The bodies of the children were brought to district headquarters hospital here for autopsy.

Nowshera Kalan police registered case against the accused and began investigation.
